Swensen’s Unlimited buffet: Lavish spread with 48 ice cream flavours from S$31

The brand’s ice cream has a special place in many of our hearts, so what if we told you that you can indulge in 48 different ice cream flavours, free-flow?
Good news for the brand’s fans: Check out Swensen’s Unlimited, an international buffet that offers diners an diverse selection of both sweet and savoury favourites.
Located at Changi Airport T2, Swensen’s Unlimited is a brand-new concept that only officially opened on Mar 1.

The prices are as follows, with diners given 90 minutes of dining time:
- Lunch (Monday to Friday): S$31 for adults, S$15 for children
- Lunch (Saturday and Sunday, public holidays and eve of public holidays): S$50 for adults, S$30 for children
- Dinner (Monday to Thursday): S$35 for adults, S$25 for children
- Dinner (Friday to Sunday, public holidays and eve of public holidays): S$60 for adults, S$30 for children
So, what can you expect from the buffet?
Like any international buffet, Swensen’s Unlimited serves a plethora of comforting regional classics.
This includes dishes such as beef hor fun for wok hei lovers and also rich Peranakan staples such as ayam buah keluak and kueh pie tee.
Other than that, there will be live stations and western favourites such as roast meats, including roast striploin, roast leg of lamb and roast chicken.
Of course, it’s not a buffet without a fresh seafood selection — Swensen’s Unlimited provides tiger prawns, mussels, flower crab, and more for seafood lovers to dive into.
To cap it off, the restaurant’s signature ice cream and gelato flavours are also included. The selection includes up to 48 different flavours on rotation and even comes with a chocolate fountain and some toppings on the side!
Talk about indulgence — it’s a feast that will probably see all Swensen’s fans walking away full and satisfied.
