Not just hotpot anymore? Haidilao launches BBQ grill series from S$19.90
When discussing where to go for a hotpot feast in Singapore, Haidilao is always one of the first names that pop up.
While the chain runs some of the busiest hotpot hotspots in town, that’s not enough for them yet.
It’s always switching things up — you might recall its latest Chinese New Year tie-up and new promotions such as free-flow beer and a DIY dessert bar. So would it surprise you that Haidilao is also doing grilled meats now, too?
Starting from Feb 19, guests will be able to enjoy the Haidilao premium grill series available from S$19.90.
It comes in two options for single diners or those dining in pairs. For solo diners, the single grill set meal (from $19.90) comes with ingredients such as pearl white rice, vegetable platter, pork slices, and chicken.
On the other hand, the double grill set meal (from S$69.90) comes with ingredients such as wagyu beef slices, fresh prawns, luncheon meat, vegetable platter, chicken slices, and marinated beef.
Both sets come with Haidilao grill sauces and unlimited refills of selected beverages.
In case you’re worried about the smoke, fret not.
Have you ever noticed the slope at the entrance of every Haidilao outlet? These actually conceal a patented exhaust system that ventilates each restaurant, so you can indulge without the annoying odours and fumes.
Currently, the grill series is only in its soft-launch phase and is only available at four outlets from Monday to Friday at the following timings:
- Royal Square: 10.30am, 5.30pm and after 10pm (excluding Fridays).
- Seletar Mall: 11am, 5.30pm and after 10pm (excluding Fridays).
- Marina Square: 11am, 5.30pm and after 12am
- City Square Mall: 10.30am, 6pm and after 10pm
It’s only in the pilot phase right now, so we might see the Haidilao premium grill series expand to other outlets in Singapore — keep your eyes peeled, BBQ fans!
Do note that guests will only be able to choose either the hotpot or grill experience when dining, and not both.
