New menus to check out in Singapore in September 2025

Abigail Buligan | Sarah Chua | September 24, 2025

The last few months of the year are right around the corner, and 2025 is coming to an end soon! If you’ve not gotten a chance to check out new openings around Singapore because of the queues, how about revisiting some favourite spots around the island with new menus?

This September, we made a trip down to some restaurants and cocktail bars around the island to suss out their newest offerings — from hearty brunch menus to al-fresco style dining with barbecue, and even a private dining experience in the city, here are our 10 picks for new menus to check out in Singapore this month:

1. Fortuna Singapore

Seeking a new weekend brunch spot? Popular Italian restaurant Fortuna Singapore on Craig Road is serving up a new weekend brunch menu titled Brunch All’Italiana and it costs S$129 per person, with minimum two to dine.

Available only on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm, its brunch comes with shareable starters, pizza, pasta, mains, sides, dessert, and free-flow Aperol spritz and wines — giving you a small slice of Italy, right in the heart of Tanjong Pagar itself.

Some items in its brunch menu that you should try include the baby mushroom pizza, indulgent with a truffle base and had a rich, and earthy flavour, and the spaghetti prawns (which is also available on its regular menu). The latter had a memorable and rich umami kick. We also enjoyed the decadent torta caprese, which was a delightful treat.

Here’s everything you need to know about Fortuna Singapore’s new weekend brunch menu.

2. Ingleside

For an elevated meal right round the corner in Tanjong Pagar, you might want to try Ingleside’s newest six-course tasting menu, titled Ember. Priced at S$208 with an optional top-up of S$108 for wine pairing if you’re feeling fancy, the menu comes with rich, deep, and delicate flavours — and will be an experience that your taste buds will thank you for.

We particularly enjoyed the truffle toast, with a generous spread of 16-week-aged miso mousse topped with black truffle, and the smoked iberico pork belly slathered in confit garlic aioli and tri-citrus kosho (a spicy fermented condiment made with citrus and chilli peppers).

3. Sansara

For a unique take on Indian fare, Sansara at Robertson Quay, which serves up North Indian royal cuisine, offers up some interesting dishes. The restaurant, which first opened in 2023, has recently undergone a revamp. It reopened in August and its new look is simple yet elegant, and is said to be inspired by the Taj Mahal!

To start, you’ll want to order its spin on the classic naan — the olive goat cheese naan (S$12) which has a combination of earthly olives and aromatic goat cheese.

Other dishes worth ordering include the Sansara-Nasila Dungar lal maas (S$40), a royalty-inspired meat curry that comes with Australian lamb shank, slathered in a potpourri of spices and topped with sugarcane rum. There’s also the Sailana Shevand (S$65), which features well-cooked lobster and sweet tomato-gravy, if you’re a seafood lover who wants to indulge. .

For your next gathering with friends or family, you might want to check out Ka-En Grill & Sushi Bar, which has a new grilled meat experience right in the heart of the city. Named the Yakiniku Kurabu (meaning “grilled meat club” in Japanese), the restaurant is moving things al fresco with an outdoor grilled-at-table experience.

Expect mouth-watering and generous portions. There are five platters to choose from, but some highlights include the pork & chicken platter (S$26), with iberico pork jowl, Hokkaido pork belly, and chicken thigh, paired with leeks and shishitou peppers.

If you’re looking to include, the luxury wagyu beef platter (S$108) offers the best of both worlds, as it boasts both plain and marinated cuts of beef. A la carte options are available, too — beef plates start from S$22, Hokkaido pork belly from S$9, chicken thigh from S$5.

It also has Happy-Hour promotions that run from 5pm to 8pm daily, so swing down early while you can — because what’s some yakiniku without drinks to wash it all that hearty goodness down?

We’re sure you’re no stranger to this fast food giant, but we think its new menu items this September are worth a shout-out! McDonald’s not only launched the new McCrispy burger (from S$8.40) but even gave out a staggering 36,000 burgers for free, across the island!

Other items that it launched along with the new burger include its crinkle cut fries (from S$4.15 a la carte, or S$1 extra for a meal upgrade) and the zesty, Sprite-based yuzu McFizz (from S$3.65).

For the dessert fanatics, there’s also the new banana soft-serve (from S$1.30), that is also available in a sundae or Mcflurry form, as well as the yuan yang latte (from S$3), and the McPops (six pieces from S$3), which are bite-sized donuts that you can opt for either a choco-hazelnut or fruit berry filling.

Here’s all you need to know about McDonald’s new menu items in September.

If you’re ever around Collyer Quay and are looking for an elevated dining experience like no other — you might want to give Tong Le Private Dining, the city’s only revolving restaurant, try!

Having been around since 2012, it is best known for reimagining traditional Chinese recipes with contemporary finesse. It recently got a new decorated chef at the helm, chef Dicky from Hong Kong, and he has introduced new course menus that are guaranteed to please!

Choose from the Cloud Brocade menu at S$138 per person, the up to the luxurious Tong Le experience which goes up to S$328 per person. These are all six-course menus that vary in terms of ingredients, techniques, and flavours, depending on your budget. There’s also a vegetarian option available.

You’ll be sure to enjoy your meal here, especially with its breathtaking views and refined and comforting flavours in each bite.

If you’ve never been to Ce La Vi Singapore, now is the ideal time to savour its newest dining menu and weekend brunch, “East meets Extra”.

In celebration of its 15th anniversary, the rooftop venue at Marina Bay Sands also recently got a facelift, but continues to spotlight bold, contemporary Asian flavours, albeit with a fresh twist.

Running every Saturday, Ce La Vi Singapore’s three-course brunch (S$148), with free-flow cocktails and assorted beverages, begins with a choice of starter such as the assorted nigiri with five types of sushi or beef tartare tart. For mains, take your pick from options such as braised beef short ribs or tiger prawn, followed by a choice of dessert. For an additional S$20, you can even add free-flow champagne to the mix.

If brunch is not quite your thing, you’ll want to check out its new dinner menu and a la carte choices, too! Some highlights for us include the miso Chilean seabass (S$68) served with a bold Sichuan green chilli sauce, and the oh-so-addictive dulce miso toffee (S$22) that brings together gula Melaka caramel and sticky date pudding.

8. Humpback

Seafood bistro and oyster bar Humpback has launched new menu items to celebrate its 10th anniversary. Opened in 2015, the restaurant has been a go-to for oyster lovers thanks to its all-day Happy Hour on Mondays and public holidays, and till 7pm the rest of the week.

Besides its creamy Hama Hama Oyster Company oysters, which have been a mainstay since the restaurant opened, you can expect a whole new raw fish section, too. Highlights include items such as the spicy tuna, egg yolk, seaweed (S$14) dish, which reminds us of the Hawaiian poke, but in a more finger-food-friendly way.

You’ll also want to grab its favourites, such as the delectable and spicy short neck clams (S$26), which go great with its shokupan (S$10).

9. Gibson

Once you’re done with dinner at Humpback, swing by retro-styled cocktail bar Gibson just up the stairs for some post-meal drinks. After all, the bar is also celebrating a decade in the business, and has launched a new cocktail menu, titled “Timeless”, to boot.

Its latest edition comprises 15 cocktails, with three non-alcoholic ones, but the one that really has got people talking is its MF martini (S$28), and no, the name’s not what you think it is. “MF” stands for “made for fries” and the drink is a crisp, polished wet-style martini that is… you guessed it, made to go great with fries. Its fries go for S$10 a pop, and we swear it’s so addictive you probably wouldn’t stop at one.

On the topic of great cocktail-food pairings, it also serves up its namesake, a Gibson (S$28), a classic with gin and dry vermouth, with a trio of yummy condiments — as it always has served them. But if you want a little more, the oysters from its sister restaurant Humpback can also be enjoyed at Gibson itself — just ask!

10. Live Twice

Located right below Gibson, next to Humpback, is a classy Japanese-inspired bar Live Twice, which has been around since 2019. Named after the Nancy Sinatra song from the 1960s (“You only live twice”), the bar has finally introduced a new menu, marking its first menu refresh since it opened.

In line with its name, the menu is divided into two parts — one life for yourself, and one life for your dreams. The former features more classic drinks, such as the mizuwari (S$28), which features a trinity of whiskies, with soft water from Hokkaido. It’s simple, smooth, and dangerously subtle.

The latter section is a tad more experimental, just as your dreams should be, with drinks such as the Eternal Beauty (S$28), which brings gin together with vermouth, and gyokuro (a type of green tea) tea-infused kijoshu — a sweet sake — with hints of passion fruit. Each sip presents a different profile as the cracked ice melts, giving you a layered experience, almost like the different stages of a dream in the movie “Inception”.
