Noci Pasta Bar: Suntec City’s new, stylish spot with Italian pasta & pizza made from scratch
It’s no secret that Singaporeans have a soft spot for Italian fare, especially handmade pastas, as well as blistered pizzas fresh out of the oven.
And with new spots popping up faster than you can keep track of, there’s always another one to check out.

The latest to join the scene is Noci Pasta Bar at Suntec City, an all-new opening by Korean F&B collective Goldmoon Group — the team behind Tonshou, Jeonpo Meat Shop, the recent Yoon Yeon Dang pop-up, and Wonderful Bapsang. (And yes, Korean chefs are at the helm here, too!)
It’s set to open its doors to the public tomorrow (November 5).

At Noci Pasta Bar, everything — from its pasta to pizza — is made fresh in-house, with a focus on timeless Italian flavours, rather than fusion twists.
The Korean-born head chef (who prefers to remain unnamed) brings years of pasta-making expertise to the kitchen, staying true to the essence of Italian cuisine.

Besides the food, Noci’s interiors are worth a mention.
Inspired by the vibey pasta bars of Seongsu — the trendiest district in Seoul — the space channels a warm, yet minimalist ambience, which feels refreshingly different from the traditional trattorias around town.
High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and clean wooden furnishings come together for that open, airy, Muji-Scandinavian-like kind of charm. (And we mean that in a good way!)

The open-concept kitchen adds to the appeal, too — you can catch the chefs rolling out dough, plating dishes, and firing up pizzas in full view.
All in all, the vibe here is effortlessly relaxed, yet polished enough for a slow afternoon meal or intimate evening catch-ups.
Our take on Noci Pasta Bar’s offerings

To start, we had the fig butter crostini (S$13), finished with a sprinkle of Maldon salt flakes.
It’s a decadent mix of flavours — rich, luscious butter paired with chunks of fig that lend a sweet-and-earthy depth.
While the generous, thick spread over the crisp sourdough was enjoyable, it did feel a touch cloying after a few bites.

Out of the eight pasta choices — priced between S$19 to S$27 — we went straight for the truffle white ragu (S$27), featuring minced pork and beef with truffle oil.
The freshly handcrafted tajarin, a thinner cousin of tagliatelle, was beautifully done: Silky, springy, and well-coated in sauce.
Meanwhile, the truffle notes came through with balance — aromatic without overpowering the dish, and easy on the palate.

Also on our radar was the ricotta ravioli (S$24), with its distinctive light-green hue, paired with a sauce that brings together lemon, sage butter, and pistachio.
The pasta was well-executed, with a satisfyingly chewy bite and just the right thickness.
Its creamy ricotta filling, lifted by hints of lemon, delivered a bright tanginess that kept the richness in check.

The salsiccia (S$23) came highly recommended — a tomato-based pizza crowned with handmade Italian pork sausage and olives.
True to form, Noci’s version boasts a light, fluffy crust that’s addictive. The toppings come well together, too: Creamy stracciatella cheese as a nice contrast to the tangy sauce, while the savoury protein is punchy on its own.
Even with the myriad of flavours, each element melds seamlessly into a balanced, satisfying end-product.
Of course, there’re the classics, too, such as the margherita (S$21) and four-cheese quattro formaggi (ricotta, fior de latte, gorgonzola, and provolone, S$23).

By the time we got to dessert, we were admittedly teetering on a food coma, but the tiramisu (S$12) was impossible to resist — and we had no regrets.
It hit all the right notes in our books: A good balance of ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, with the latter lightly sweetened and creamy enough to feel indulgent without tipping overly heavy.
If you’re still not convinced, Noci’s opening promos might just win you over: From November 5 to 11, the first 30 groups daily will receive a complimentary plate of pasta, followed by a free pizza for the first 30 groups each day from November 12 to 18.
For anyone who loves exploring pasta and pizza spots in Singapore, Noci Pasta Bar is definitely one to note. Come for the Italian classics, and stay for the cosy vibes — and don’t miss the opening treats while they last!
