New menus to check out in Singapore in June 2025

In the blink of an eye, June is here — and we’re already halfway through the year. You might’ve noticed a couple of new openings this month (and yes, the long queues, too). If you didn’t feel like joining the crowd, here’s an alternative: Some of Singapore’s well-loved restaurants are switching things up with new menu refreshes, and visiting feels like you’re visiting a new venue, almost.
From buffet brunches to pop-up experiences, here’s your monthly roundup of refreshed menus worth checking out this week — just in time before the June holidays wrap up.
1. Summer Hill
Claymore Connect, 02-17, 442 Orchard Road
Open: Tuesday to Friday (11.30am to 2.30pm, 6pm to 10.30pm), Saturday (11am-3.30pm, 6.30pm to 10.30pm), Sunday (11.30am-3.30pm)

What’s better than an all-you-can-eat-buffet? How about one served straight to your table a la dim sum-style in a trolley cart? Launched on June 6, Summer Hill’s latest weekend brunch menu (S$79 per diner) takes inspiration from the Provence region, with subtle local Singaporean influences.
Enjoy highlights such as caviar d’ aubergine, a silky, smooth eggplant dip, as well as the heart main of grilled lamb ribs served with a warm, comforting bowl of chickpea stew, perfect for dipping. The roast-pork Nicoise-Style was also especially crispy and full of flavour.
If these aren’t reason enough for you to head down, Summer Hill also serves up refreshing desserts to look forward to, such as an extra virgin olive oil cake, citrusy with lavender cream.
Here’s everything you need to know about this Provencale picnic served on a dim sum trolley.
2. Pura Brasa — Guoco Tower
Guoco Tower, 01-16, 5 Wallich Street
Open: Monday to Sunday (12pm to 11pm)

Spanish chef Lluc Brossa Argany has launched a new dedicated pinchos menu at Barcelona-born restaurant Pura Brasa’s Guoco Tower outlet. The new menu features bite-sized Spanish bites starting from just S$5, and is available weekdays from 3pm to 6pm, and weekends from 12pm to 6pm.
A few standout items include the panceta crujiente, which features crunchy pancetta layered over Josper-caramelised onions, apple puree, and crisp thin bread (S$5 per pair), and the pincho Mallorquin, which sees cheesy sobrasada sausage on toast (S$7 per pair). For something lighter, there’s the txaka, a creamy crab salad pincho (S$5 per pair), and the pincho de gamba (prawn on toast, S$7 per pair) which come with mild yet refreshing flavours.
Whether you’re working in the CBD or just in the mood for Spanish nibbles, Pura Brasa is worth a visit if you haven’t been there in a while, for its refreshed creative, wallet friendly offerings.

3. Bedrock Origin
Bedrock Origin Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel, 01-02, 23 Beach View Palawan Ridge
Open: Monday to Sunday (7am to 11am, 12pm to 3pm, 6pm to 10.30pm)

If you’re looking to escape the usual Sunday crowds at shopping malls and packed restaurants, it’s worth making the trip down to Bedrock Origin, at Sentosa.
Its new Sunday brunch, The Harvest Table – Where Land Meets Sea Sunday brunch, is a curated a la carte buffet featuring fresh seafood and hearty mains, priced at S$78 per adult and S$28 for children between ages seven to twelve.
From the land and sea section, the grilled tiger prawns and kombu-cured tomahawk, were standouts. The sides were just as great, too. Its beef fat fried rice, made with barley grains, was rich and satisfying — a great complement to the mains. And of course, save space for desserts. The decadent chocolate cake and the raspberry-filled donuts were simply to die for.
Here’s why Bedrock Origin’s new Sunday Brunch is worth the trip to Sentosa.
4. The Masses
Arcade at The Capitol Kempinski, 01-84, 15 Stamford Road
Open: Monday to Saturday (11.30am to 9.30pm), Sunday (11.30am to 9pm)

Here’s another Sunday brunch to add to your list: The Masses, a Franco-Asian restaurant, by chef Dylan Ong, which has just recently relocated to Capitol Singapore, has launched a new Farm-Style Communal Sunday Brunch. It’s priced at S$68.80 per adult and S$38 per child.
Appetisers to keep your eyes peeled for include the caviar or roe dish, which features house-cut potato chips topped with sour cream, chopped eggs, chives, and caviar. For mains, its crispy chicken leg with sauce supreme — a classic French veloute-based sauce made with stock for a rich, silky finish — was a standout. The chef’s special, barramundi a la meuniere — an Australian seabass topped with brown butter, capers, and citrus was just as memorable.
There are second rounds of helpings available upon request if you’re still feeling hungry at no extra cost. Otherwise, the refreshing French strawberry tart for dessert makes for a great finish, too.
Here’s the full rundown on what you can get at The Masses’ new Sunday brunch.
5. Mr Bucket
13 Dempsey Road, 01-03/04
Open: Monday to Wednesday (11am to 7pm), Thursday to Sunday (11am to 10pm)

For the chocolate lovers, this homegrown brand Mr Bucket Chocolaterie is not to be missed. Since opening its flagship outlet at Dempsey, it has launched a new menu that creatively incorporates cacao as the main ingredient in many of its dishes, not just in its chocolate bars.
Apart from its regular chocolate drinks and desserts, a couple of savoury standouts include the signature beef burger (S$22), an angus beef burger elevated with a rich chocolate barbecue sauce. There’s also the cacao tea somen (S$14), where you’ll find refreshing cold Japanese noodles served in a chilled cacao tea and tomato broth.
If chocolate-infused mains don’t tickle your fancy, stick with the classics: The 72% single origin hot chocolate (S$8) is rich and satisfying, while the classic basque burnt cheesecake (S$10) is creamy, decadent, and always a crowd-pleaser.
6. Wong Fu Fu
776 North Bridge Road
Open: Tuesday to Sunday (12pm to 10pm)

Halal Taiwanese-inspired cafe Wong Fu Fu has teamed up with beloved Japanese character Crayon Shin-chan for a limited-time themed menu, available for two months starting June 19.
Some Shin-chan highlights include the Japanese seafood curry rice (S$23.90) which comes with rice shaped in the form of the cheeky Shin-chan’s bum. It is paired with crispy fried seafood and rich, comforting curry.
Have a sweet tooth? There’s also the cheeky Piak! Piak! Shinchan butt Japanese parfait (S$12.90), a light and silky custard pudding also shaped like Shin-chan’s butt, balanced with soft vanilla sponge for a sweet, creamy finish.
For matcha fans, its new mega 5L matcha latte (S$59.90) is perfect for sharing. It’s refreshing, earthy, indulgent and doesn’t taste too watered down even in a mega portion.
Check out what we loved at this Crayon Shin-chan pop-up.
7. Chin Mee Chin Confectionary
204 East Coast Road
Open: Monday to Sunday (8am to 4pm)

To mark the turn of a century of tradition, Chin Mee Chin Confectionary, one of Singapore’s beloved OG coffeeshops known for its kaya toasts and nostalgic bakes, is rolling out a three-month-long celebration with a refreshed menu.
Putting a modern spin on its well-loved flavours, Chin Mee Chin is introducing new creations alongside its classics. A couple of highlights include the peanut butter French toast (S$7) and the pang susi (S$2.80), a soft sweet potato bun loaded with savoury minced pork.
For something heartier, there’s also the curry pork chop (S$8.80) that’s crispy, saucy, and seriously satisfying.
Here’s what to look forward to with Chin Min Chin’s new anniversary menu.
8. Manhattan Bar
Conrad Singapore Orchard, Level 2, 1 Cuscaden Road
Open: Monday to Thursday (5pm to midnight), Friday (5pm to 1am), Sunday (12pm to 3pm, 6pm to midnight)

Ranked No. 69 on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list for 2024, New York-inspired Manhattan Bar at Conrad Singapore Orchard has launched a new cocktail menu titled Seasons of Manhattan. The new menu takes one through the seasons as you would experience them in New York, with drinks such as It’s Gettin’ Hot in Here (S$32), to represent summer in the city, and Minutes to Midnight (S$30), a reference to New York’s iconic annual countdowns at Times Square.
We particularly enjoyed It’s Gettin’ Hot in Here, a riff on the classic hot toddy (a hot whisky cocktail), with butter-washed Bols Genever, basil, sage, thyme, and spiced honey, as well as The Evanascent (S$26), a strong martini-esque cocktail with a impeccably clean finish.
One can also expect new bites to have your drinks with, in the form of the meaty lobster taco (S$32), spice-heavy-but-yummy roasted cauliflower (S$22), and even a refreshing hamachi (S$28) tartare tossed in tom yum.
