Abigail Buligan | October 16, 2025

If you’re looking for an excuse to head out for a meal, fret not, we’ve got you covered. We might be coasting towards the end of 2025, but cafes and restaurants in Singapore show no sign of slowing down, with several new menu introductions and exciting brand collaborations across different food spots across Singapore!

There’s always something new, if you know where to look! With that said, be sure to save this list of new menus for the next time you’re craving for something new:

1. McDonald’s Singapore

The comeback of the iconic Samurai burger is usually one of McDonald’s most anticipated new menus. But if that wasn’t already good enough news, the return of the Samura burger comes with something extra — the all-new shoyu mayo sauce!

Expect the shoyu mayo burger — available in chicken and beef variations — available from S$8.50 for a meal. If you already like the Samurai burger, you’ll love this take, with the shoyu mayo sauce adding a bit of tang to the classic burger we all know and love.

If you’d like more protein, the tamago shoyu mayo Samurai chicken burger (from S$9.50 for a meal) is one you should go for — the egg adds a delectable and rich flavour that goes well with the shoyu mayo, making each bite a memorable one.

Other favourites joining the return of this cult-fave burger include the fiery Oishii pepper drumlets (from S$3.35) and the seaweed Mcshaker fries (available for an extra S$1.25 as an upsize to your meal). To top it all off, the matcha soft-serve (from S$1.30), a smooth and mildly sweet treat, is making a return as well!

Here’s all you need to know about McDonald’s newest menu items.

2. Wong Fu Fu

Known for its cute pop-ups, Taiwanese spot Wong Fu Fu, located at Bugis, is back with another adorably-themed menu, this time based on the popular Sanrio character Cinnamoroll!

Not only is the cafe adorned in pastel blues and white — colours associated with the lovable character, but it has also rolled out a limited-time menu for the occasion. Expect items such as grilled salmon with rice and beetroot cream sauce (S$21.90) with a Cinnamoroll-shaped mound of white rice, and the grilled beef burger with smoky BBQ sauce (S$20.90), which comes with a Cinnamoroll-embellished housemade mantou.

Dessert lovers will love the soft Hokkaido milk swiss roll (S$14.90), which is essentially a slice of cake made to look like Cinnamoroll’s face.

As with all of its special themed pop-ups, you can also look forward to Wong Fu Fu’s newest 5L mega series, which includes the mega matcha-Zilla latte (S$69.90) and the mega Cloudy blue matcha coconut latte (S$59.90) that are perfect for sharing with friends.

3. Bulgogi Syo

Fans of the Netflix show Culinary Class Wars, this one’s for you: Korean concept Bulgogi Syo, which first opened its doors in Singapore in 2023 and has four outlets in Singapore, has recently launched a menu collaboration with Korean celebrity chef Choi Hyun-seok.

The dishes are inspired by dishes made during Culinary Class Wars and Chef and My Fridge, also a series available on Netflix.

There’s a fresh Omugi beef yukhoe sotbap (S$25.90), a raw beef take on the Korean favourite bibimbap mixed rice dish, maeun dwaeji galbijjim with triple-cheese risotto (S$25.90), a spicy pork dish with risotto, as well as jang trio with Omugi beef tenderloin (S$39.90). The latter is a beef dish made and served with three types of Korean jang (sauces).

If you consider yourself a diehard fan of chef Choi, then don’t miss the vongole sujebi, which is only available to Syo Rewards members at S$21.90. It comprises chewy sujebi, a Korean hand-torn noodle, in a garlicky and creamy broth that has just the right amount of umami!

4. Po Restaurant

Nanyang cuisine is a rich part of Singapore’s history — and Po Restaurant at The Warehouse Hotel has a fresh, revamped menu up its sleeve since its opening back in 2017, and here’s what you can expect:

For starters, look forward to a twist on the Eurasian staple, singgang serani (S$24 for two pieces), where each bite is refreshing and enjoyable, with a nice hint of tang. Look out for the kambing masak lemak chilli api (S$28), too — made with slow-braised lamb, it’s cooked in a fiery coconut curry and is hearty with just the right amount of kick. Coming with company? try out the shareable plates that include dishes such as babi tohay (S$32), a rare Peranakan dish that’s slowly vanishing from the food scene in Singapore. Expect a gentle tang with notes of garlic along with thick gravy that is to-die-for! Be sure to try out the lobster mee (S$58) as well — inspired by Hokkien mee, and is filled with all kinds of umami goodness and has that hit of wok hey in every bite.

End it all off on a sweet note with the kueh tingkat (S$22), which arrives in a traditional three-tier tiffin and three varieties of freshly prepared kueh are selected by chef Desmond, who is at the helm over at Po Restaurant — so you’re in for an unexpected treat!

We’d say this is a refreshing take on Nanyang cuisine, perfect for those who enjoy exploring new flavours, or simply want to reminisce on nostalgic flavours with a spin.

After 13 years at Eng Hoon Street, the original Tiong Bahru Bakery cafe — now its flagship outlet among its 19 in Singapore —- is now switching things up with a brand-new look and menu that you wouldn’t want to miss.

Besides implementing a new self-selection pastry setup in its now-brightened-up space, there are plenty of new bites and drinks to look forward to, too. There’s the hearty chicken meatball marinara Danish (S$8), with chicken meatballs bathed in a creamy marinara sauce atop a flaky pastry and the raspberry and vanilla cream ribbon (S$7) a pretty ribbon-shapped pastry with a raspberry jam and vanilla cream filling.

Sweet-tooth fans, there’s also a brand-new kouign amann soft-serve (S$5.50), a riff of one of its most popular favourites, and is essentially a vanilla soft-serve with carmelised kouign amann bits.

There are new drinks, too, such as the banana caramel latte (S$8.50), and the dark cherry matcha (S$8.50). With so many options, it’s easy to see why it’s the perfect cosy space to get some work done or a simple catch up over pastries and drinks!

In commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October), L’espresso at Goodwood Park Hotel has partnered with the Breast Cancer Foundation again, for the tenth year running, for a pink-themed afternoon tea buffet experience, titled “Pink for Good”.

Priced at S$68 for adults, and S$46 for children, the buffet serves up a variety of pinky and rosy-hued treats, and even includes a pretty-in-pink photo wall for you to capture memories with your dining companions. The hotel also donates S$2 to the BCF, so you’ll be dining for a good cause when having your tea!

Being pink-loving girlies ourselves, we had a sneak preview of the buffet spread and thoroughly enjoyed items such the smoked salmon tartare with creme fraiche & black caviar, served in a mini pink cone, and the mini wagyu beef charcoal slider with purple coleslaw. Of course, there’re plenty of pink sweets, too, such as pink and black macarons
