New bites & sips to check out in Singapore in February 2026

Sarah Chua | February 16, 2026

Chinese New Year is upon us, and if you didn’t have that great a start to the year 2026, let the Lunar New Year be your fresh start, just like these well-loved restaurants, cafes, and bars with their new menus!

New openings are great, sure, but let’s not forget how crowded they can be, with everyone rushing to give them a go!

So buckle up as we take you through some familiar spots with new menus that really excited us in the past month:

1. White Rabbit afternoon tea at The Lobby Lounge

If you didn’t grow up nibbling on the ubiquitous White Rabbit milk candy, you’re either not from here, or might have been living under a rock. This well-loved childhood snack is making a comeback at The Westin Singapore’s Lobby Lounge, with a themed afternoon tea.

Set against the backdrop of Marina Bay, the collaboration, titled “Once Upon a Tea Time with White Rabbit”, features White Rabbit milk tea, sweet and savoury items, White Rabbit milk scones, and White Rabbit milk pudding, among others. The tea is priced at S$78 per diner, with a minimum of two to dine, and runs till mid-May.

Afternoon tea seatings take place twice a day, but diners would do well to make their reservations at least 24 hours ahead. Guests can also stand to win White Rabbit collectibles from a lucky draw with every afternoon-tea set purchased — so what are you waiting for?

Here’s how our leisurely afternoon with White Rabbit went.

2. Greenhouse at Dusit Thani Laguna’s new a la carte menu

If you’re looking for another scenic spot with views that don’t quite seem like you’re in Singapore, you’ll want to look at Greenhouse at Dusit Thani Laguna. Situated minutes away from Changi Airport, Dusit Thai Laguna is a waterfront resort that’s luxurious, but also a tad pricey for most of us.

To get the best of its idyllic location without the hefty price tag, head for a meal at its adjacent restaurant Greenhouse, which is decked out in lush greenery and framed with glass panels — just like a greenhouse! The buffet-focused restaurant has launched a new a la carte menu, too, so you can indulge at your own pace and comfort level.

Some of our favourites include the Yum salmon (S$22), a raw marinated salmon plate imbued with refreshing Thai flavours, and the confit duck rice (S$32), featuring a hefty leg of duck paired with rich duck-fat rice.

It’s quite a walk in (20 minutes) from the nearest bus stop, which just means it’s secluded, and far, far away from the usual bustle of Singapore, so you might want to grab a ride in or maybe even cycle!

3. Tanglin Cookhouse’s new Lemak & Co. menu

If you’ve never visited Tanglin Cookhouse at Tanglin Mall, its new Lemak & Co. menu might be reason enough. The spot, which dishes up British-style dishes with Singaporean flair, has launched a new all-day, all-you-can-eat menu with local delights, from Mondays to Wednesdays, starting at 11am each day.

Priced at S$29.90 per person, with a minimum of two to dine, the a la carte buffet gives you unbridled access to some 15 dishes that run the gamut from snacks, mains, to desserts. The catch? There’s a 90-minute time limit.

Should you find time to make your way down, gun for the chicken satay with peanut sauce & condiments, which comes with well-marinated, juicy chicken, the slow-cooked braised beef rendang, and the comforting Indian butter chicken

Its desserts are just as interesting, boasting a warm yam “orh nee” with candied gingko nuts that’s mildly sweet and boasts great textural elements, among several others.

Here are more highlights from Tanglin Cookhouse’s Lemak & Co. menu

4. Bedrock’s World Meat Series 10th anniversary

Well-loved steakhouse Bedrock Bar & Grill is celebrating the 10th year of its World Meat Series with an all-new 10-meat edition, packed into a six-course meal at S$158. The series has spotlighted rare and premium proteins around the world since 2016. For this feted anniversary, the restaurant is bringing back favorites over the years, as well as some newer stars, such as Hanwoo beef from Jeju in Korea

Lest you think it is too hefty, most courses (save for the dessert) come with two meats or two individual plates — so it’s actually a selection of 10 meats over 10 small plates, if you want to be precise.

We loved the slow-braised Australian intercoastal, which features the protein slow-braised and dished over cold, creamy burrata cheese, as well as the woodfire grilled Argentinian angus ribeye. The Jeju premium Hanwoo ribeye cap was decadent, though we weren’t too big fans of the bearnaise sauce.

There’s also an option for wine pairings at S$88 per person, which isn’t too bad a sum for six glasses across the courses.

Here’s our unfiltered take into all the 10 meats and the various courses at Bedrock Bar & Grill

5. Pizza Hut’s new Season of Spice Menu

OG pizza chain, Pizza Hut, is bringing the heat with its limited-time Season of Spice menu, available till March 1. The line-up is inspired by Sichuan-style BBQ skewers, spotlighting bold, spice-led dishes made for sharing.

The all-new large Sichuan roasted chicken pizza (from S$44.85) headlines this new menu launch — it’s a robust, cheese-stuffed crust number topped with cumin-spiced chicken and a peppercorn-laced base. For something punchier, get the six-piece mala Fire drumlets (from S$11.55) coated in a spicy, numbing mala sauce.

Not enough spice? There’s also the flamin’ mala Melts (from S$9.95) — a neat, easy-to-eat meal packed with cheese, chicken, and smoky mala sauce. Heartier options include the cumin chicken baked rice and cumin chicken mac ‘n’ cheese (from S$13.95), both featuring classics with a fragrant cumin-mala twist.

6. Cat Bite Club’s new cocktail menu

Hidden cocktail bar Cat Bite Club is back with a new cocktail menu that’s not quite like its other iterations. The three-year-old bar’s new menu is still rooted in its core concept of rice and agave spirits, but it veers a little further from classics, choosing instead to go with drinks that are a bit more playful, naughty, and mischievous — much like the feline it is named after.

Delicious drinks include Get The MSG (S$26), a drink with chilli oil-washed mezcal, Sichuan peppercorn tomato cordial, and citrus, as well as Ube Noir (S$27), a baijiu-rum concoction with black sesame and ube-coconut cream. Just thinking about these two has got us licking our lips.

The menu also sees the addition of a new something-something the bar calls an extra bite, which is essentially a neat shot glass of the base spirit in each cocktail, for an additional S$10.

If that has got you intrigued, you’d also want to take on its new Spirits Explorer Passport, which reminds us of the Young Scientists cards of our childhood, where you do tasks, get stamps, and get rewarded at the end. This passport encourages you to sample spirits from Cat Bite Club’s some-200 collection of tequila, mezcal, and rice and agave liquors. Every completed passport (that’s 50 types of spirits) earns one a 10% off all spirits for life, so while it’ll be a slow endeavour, it’ll be a worthwhile one for sure.
