Michelin Bib Gourmand Singapore 2025 list out with 89 total affordable options
Most people are probably familiar with the prestige of Michelin Stars but less people know about the Michelin Bib Gourmand.
Unlike the Michelin Stars, which are usually awarded to restaurants, specially the more upscale fine-dining establishments, the Michelin Bib Gourmand covers places with tasty but reasonably priced food.
The Michelin Bib Gourmand is a separate award that was introduced in 1997, meant to highlight “exceptionally good food at moderate prices“.

In other words, this award is for those who love good food but hate to splurge, and it mainly features some of the best hawker options in Singapore.
With the first edition debuting in 2016 with the Michelin Guide’s launch in Singapore, we see the Michelin Bib Gourmand list today boasting a respectable 89 total receipents.
There are also a total of 11 new entrants on the list — read on to find out who!
Taste and affordability for 2025

We know that 2025 has been a slow year for the economy and more and more Singaporeans have been tightening their purse strings, especially when it comes to dining out.
That means the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2025 comes at the perfect time for those looking to still enjoy great eats.
The 11 new entrants are as follows:
- Boon Tong Kee
- Ji Ji Noodle House
- Jungle
- Kitchenman Nasi Lemak
- Kotuwa
- Lao Fu Zi Fried Kway Teow
- Nam Sing Hokkien Fried Mee
- Sin Heng Claypot Bak Koot Teh
- Song Kee Teochew Fish Porridge
- To-Ricos Kway Chap
- Wok Hei Hor Fun

While the official count is 11, not all of them are entirely new.
For example, there are three hawker stalls from Old Airport Road Food Centre (Lao Fu Zi, Nam Sing and To-Ricos) which were on previous editions.
However, they were omitted from last year’s list due to the beloved hawker centre closing for refurbishment, hence the inclusion amongst the new entrants for Michelin Bib Gourmand 2025.
On the other hand, modern Sri Lankan restaurant Kotuwa was also featured in the past but had moved to New Bahru in 2024.

As for the other seven new entrants, legendary chicken rice restaurant Boon Tong Kee was moved up from the “Michelin Selected” category, alongside Hong Lim’s popular wanton mee stall Ji Ji Noodle House.
Besides hawker stalls, there’s also some diversity for the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2025 list, as Nasi Lemak restaurant Kitchenman Nasi Lemak and Ann Siang Hill’s Thai-inspired gastrobar Jungle also make the list.
