Here’s how you can get Mary Grace’s famed ensaymadas before it opens officially in 2026
If you’re a fan of Filipino fare and Mary Grace’s legendary ensaymadas (a beloved Filipino bread), here’s some good news — the well-loved bakery-cafe’s Christmas pre-orders will be open from November 21.
Mary Grace is known for whipping up some of the tastiest Filipinos pastries — such as its cheese rolls and the aforementioned ensaymadas — and its outlets in the Philippines boast a buzzy stream of business from locals and tourists alike.

Mary Grace has held two online pre-orders in Singapore this year — one in September and one in October.
If you’d missed the previous pre-orders, there’s a third one coming up this week, and just in time for the festive season, too — sans the flight ticket to the Philippines!
A sneak peek before it opens officially in 2026
From November 21 at 8am, online pre-orders will open on its website, and will run while stocks last.
The bakes are freshly made to order in Singapore, so there are limited quantities available — you’ll need to place your orders two days in advance to secure your bakes. And there’s free delivery for orders above S$70, too!
For now, there are only two offerings: Mary Grace’s signature ensaymada (S$31.50 for six) — it’s a soft bread with a sweet and buttery aroma, topped with grated premium Edam cheese from Holland — and the much-beloved cheese rolls (S$24.50 for six), that has a luscious and velvety centre loaded with creamy cheese.
If you’d like to have a bit of both, you can go for the signature sampler box (S$33.50), which includes three ensaymadas and four cheese rolls, that’s a special offering just for Christmas!
It sounds like a perfect gift for a pastry-loving loved one or for sharing among friends, in our books.

A national institution
If you’ve never heard of the brand, Mary Grace had a humble and wholesome start in the 1990s. The founder, Mary Grace Dimacali, started out by baking cakes and pastries in her kitchen for her five children, then started sharing her creations with her local community. She then opened her first stall in 2002 with much love and support from family and friends.

Now, Mary Grace has grown to be a beloved name in the Philippines, with over 140 outlets.
Future plans
After this preview wraps, Mary Grace will be opening a physical space in Singapore — and is its first ever international outlet outside of the Philippines — in the first half of 2026.
You can look forward to a cosy and warm cafe space where you can enjoy bakes and a cuppa, unwind, and share the simple joys of good food together with loved ones.
Apart from its best-sellers, you can look forward to Singapore-exclusive items.

There’s no exact date for the opening of the cafe just yet — but we expect a lot of interest in the new space when it finally opens!
For more new eats, check out Binge along Seng Poh Lane, or try out decaffeinated treats over at Hvala Kissa at Tanjong Pagar.
Preorders available online from November 21.
