KFC Singapore unveils exclusive Pokemon merch, alongside new Japanese-inspired menu
We dare say this is one of the biggest collabs of 2026.
KFC Singapore is teaming up with Pokemon for an exclusive collection of merchandise, including blind pouches, and even a jacket, alongside a lineup of Japanese-inspired menu items!
The collaboration, which kicks off next month, is part of Pokemon’s 30th anniversary and its augmented reality mobile game Pokemon Go’s 10th anniversary celebrations.
If you’ve been looking to grow your Pokemon collection, mark your calendars for August 19 — ‘cos these collectibles are only available while stocks last!

During the campaign, all of KFC Singapore’s outlets will be transformed into PokeStops and Gyms on Pokemon Go, where players can collect essential gameplay items.
Five stores will also receive themed makeovers, according to the following Pokemon types: water at Nex, fire at Jem, electric at Kallang, ghost at Compass One, and grass at Jurong Point.
To top it off, Pikachu will be making special meet-and-greet appearances on August 29 at Jurong Point, Scape, and Kallang. So if you’re a Pokemon fan, you won’t want to miss it!
KFC x Pokemon collection
From August 19
To snag a Pokemon reversible everyday blind pouch (S$14.95), simply purchase KFC’s all-new Japanese nanban Zinger (S$12.30) or chicken bites box (S$11.65).

Each blind pouch is designed to look like a Poke Ball on one side, and reveals one of these four Pokemon designs, once turned inside out:
- OG Pikachu
- Snorlax
- Mew
- Eevee
This is available for dine-in or takeaway at all KFC outlets, except Singapore Zoo and Sentosa.

If breakfast is more your thing, you can get your hands on a limited-edition Pokemon sticker sheet by purchasing an Original Recipe Twister meal with Milo (from S$7), American Twister meal with Milo (from S$6.60), Original Recipe Riser meal with Milo (from S$6), or Original Recipe Rise with egg meal with Milo (from S$7).
It’s available until 11am for dine-in and takeaway, at all KFC breakfast stores, as well as on selected delivery platforms.
From September 9

Come September 9, there’re other collectibles joining the lineup, too. The first is the Poke Ball bucket (S$12.95) with the purchase of a five-piece chicken bucket (S$18.30).
It also works as a picnic basket, or storage container for snacks, toys, and other everyday items.
This will be available at all KFC outlets, excluding Singapore Zoo and Sentosa, while stocks last.

If you’re opting for delivery, there’s the Gaming chopsticks (S$15.95), available in Pikachu and Gengar designs. To get one, simply order the Japanese nanban Zinger (S$12.30) or chicken bites (S$11.65) via major delivery platforms.

If you ask us, our favourite has to be the Pokemon Evolution jacket. The back features a striking graphic of Charmander’s evolution chain, making it the most stylish piece in the lineup.
The jacket is priced at S$99 with the purchase of a Japanese nanban Zinger (S$12.30) or chicken bites box (S$11.65).
Do note that it’s exclusively available for dine-in and takeaway at these five outlets: Kallang, Jurong Point, Bedok Town Square, Causeway Point, and Scape, and each customer is entitled to one redemption only.

Completing the series is the irresistibly cute Pikachu car neck pillow (S$32.95), which comes in a set of two.
All you have to do is to purchase a Japanese nanban Zinger (S$12.30) or chicken bites box (S$11.65) for dine-in or takeaway at selected KFC outlets, with drive-thru and extended operating hours.
KFC’s brand-new Japanese menu
By now, you’ve probably noticed that most of the Pokemon collectibles are tied to KFC’s brand-new Japanese nanban offerings, so what’s there on the menu?
Fans of Japanese cuisine will likely be familiar with chicken nanban — crispy fried chicken coated in a sweet-and-tangy nanban sauce, paired with creamy tartar sauce and shredded cabbage.

KFC Singapore puts its own spin on the comfort dish with its all-new Japanese nanban Zinger (from S$7.50), featuring a crispy-and-spicy chicken thigh fillet, tucked between two soft brioche buns.
There’s also the new Japanese nanban chicken bites (from S$6.90). The six-piece serving stars bite-sized fried chicken thigh tossed in the same sweet-tangy sauce and finished with a Japanese-style egg tartar sauce.

That’s not all: other new items include the Japanese nanban loaded fries (from S$5.95), drizzled with nanban glaze and tartar sauce, as well as deep-fried sweet potato balls (six pieces for S$3.95).

KFC Singapore has also bundled these brand-new items into value meals made for sharing. The Buddy meal (S$23.95) comes with a Japanese nanban Zinger, a six-piece nanban chicken bites, one Japanese nanban loaded fries, and two pieces of Original Recipe tenders.
Larger groups can get the Family feast (S$38.95), which includes a Japanese nanban Zinger, two six-piece Japanese nanban chicken bites, five pieces of Original Recipe tenders, and three pieces of chicken.
All of these will be available for dine-in and takeaway at all KFC outlets, except Singapore Zoo and Sentosa, and on major delivery platforms from August 19 to September 29.
