Let’s get buzzed: 10 best places for free-flow alcohol in Singapore, from S$19.99

Evan Mua | May 9, 2025

Love a good night out filled with booze and bad decisions? Us, too.

Unfortunately, drinking out in Singapore has become rather expensive in recent years and it has become harder to justify going out and painting the town red.

But not all hope is lost, thankfully. Recently, we’ve been seeing more and more free-flow alcohol deals popping up all around Singapore.

Free-flowing booze, great vibes and a great value for money — sounds like a perfect night out with friends.

If you’re curious on how to affordably drink all the alcohol you want — responsibly, of course — then read on for the places in Singapore where you can get tipsy on free-flow alcohol, starting from just S$20.

1. Helen’s Bar — Chijmes

When? Wednesday (6pm to 9pm) for cocktails, and Fridays (6pm to 9pm) for beer

Price: S$19.99 for up to 3 hours of free-flow Carlsberg draft beer or free-flow cocktails.

Why visit? Originating from China, Helen’s Bar is one of the biggest bar brands in the world, with over 400 outlets worldwide. On Wednesdays, it offers free-flow cocktails at its Chijmes outlet and on Fridays, Carlsberg draft beer.

For just S$19.99, it’s pretty much unbeatable value, especially if you’re there with a big group. In case you’re wondering what types of cocktails to expect, there’s a slew of concoctions ranging from classic rum coke to Singapore Slings.

2. Kura Oyster & Highball Bar

When? Monday (6.30pm to 7.30pm and 8pm to 9.30pm) and Saturday (12pm to 1.30pm, 6.30pm to 7.30pm and 8pm to 9.30pm)

Price: S$49 for 90 minutes of free-flow alcohol and oysters, with order of two dishes per person

Why visit? What’s better than free-flow alcohol? Free-flow alcohol and oysters. Both things can  be rather pricey so we’re glad that Kura Oyster & Highball Bar is offering such a strong value proposition in expensive Singapore.

The social media-viral promo grants you access to both Japanese naked oysters and a selection of beer, highballs and refreshing sparkling wine cocktails, such as Mimosas.

Do note that there are limited fixed-timing slots on selected days (Monday and Saturday only), so plan early to make the most of it!

3. The Cocktail Office

When? Wednesday to Saturday (from 7.30pm).

Price: The Cocktail Office charges a flat fee of S$80, but the number of guests in the party decides how long the cocktails flow:

  • 120 minutes for under five people
  • 150 minutes for five to nine people
  • 180 minutes for 10 to 15 people

Why visit? A relatively new bar on the scene that only opened in early 2024, The Cocktail Office is interestingly located in an actual office space (hence the name) in Clarke Quay, and comes with a great view, too.

Unlike many free-flow alcohol promos, where the options tend to be cheaper variations off its actual menu, the free-flow drinks you’ll get here come from its meticulously crafted cocktail menu.

Look out for unique creations such as the maple-laden Canadian-inspired Tim Hortons espresso martini riff and the Sarsi Suka, a localised dark & stormy twist that incorporates the Sarsi soft drink.

4. Ume San 100

When? Happy hour runs from Monday to Friday (5pm to 6.30pm)

Price: 90 minutes of free-flow highballs from S$22

Why visit? This Japanese bar, tucked away on the second floor of Fortune Centre, first went viral during its opening period, thanks to its whimsical vending machine entrance.

Ume San 100 specialises in umeshus and highballs, which makes its happy-hour deal extremely attractive as you get to chug down all the highballs you want for just S$22, with three choices between ume, yuzushu (Japanese yuzu liqueur) and shiso. Oh, plus you get free edamame to pair with your highballs, too!

There’s also a S$25 Package B option that includes more premium options such as Koh-Kun highball (using Koh-Kun whisky), if you’re craving for something more atas.

At just S$19.99, guests get free-flow sake for 90 minutes, and a trio of Japanese appetisers to prime your tummy for the free-flow alcohol.

Price: 90 minutes of free-flow wine for S$39

Why visit? Sure, the name Cheeselads suggests a cheese shop but it’s not just parmesans and cheddars at this quaint shop near Jalan Besar — you get to treat yo’self to free-flow alcohol while nibbling on your charcuterie, too.

Bottomless booze at Cheeselads entails 90 minutes of free-flowing sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and bubbly prosecco. Sounds like the perfect spot for those who love both cheese and wine!

From 9pm to 11pm, you can indulge in all the kaku highballs you want for S$50 — each highball already comes with a price tag of S$19, so it’s a pretty good deal! Besides the classic kaku highball, guests can also opt for more unique flavours such as yuzu, umeshu, shiso or genmaicha.

Why visit? This deal at the stalwart Italian restaurant Publico is a bit pricier but it offers something a bit more luxe compared to the other free-flow alcohol experiences in Singapore — spirits.

Meant to create the most convivial weekend gatherings, the swanky Italian outfit dubs its free-flow experience as a  “free-flow ritual” and pampers guests with a melange of alcohol, ranging from Aperol Spritz and prosecco to Bombay Sapphire gin and Grey Goose vodka.

It features cocktails including Aperol spritzes, negronis and cosmopolitans, as well as the house Andaz lager for beerheads and both red and white wine for the vino connoisseurs in your squad.
