Lotteria Singapore: Korea’s beloved fast food chain to open by Feb 2026

The beloved fast food chain boasts more than 1,300 outlets in South Korea and is known for its fried chicken and burgers — basically Western-style fast food done with Korean flair.
Outside of South Korea, it has around another 320 outlets internationally that are located in countries such as Vietnam, China, USA and even Mongolia.

Lotteria’s first foray into Singapore is handled by F&B specialist Katrina Group, who has officially signed a franchise agreement.
The Katrina Group is behind a slew of popular chains such as So Pho and Bali Thai, and has also brought in Daily Chicken and Daily Beer, two other renowned South Korean brands.
This franchise agreement will see the opening of the first Lotteria outpost in Singapore by Feb 2026, with multiple outlets to follow.
That’s a bit of a delay from the original goal of opening in Q2 of 2025, as per an announcement in 2024.
Details on the first Lotteria Singapore outlet are still under wraps, and information will be released closer to the opening.

Although we don’t know what items will be available on the Lotteria Singapore menu, we are guessing that we’ll be treated to best-sellers such as the bulgogi burger, kimchi burger and fried chicken.
Besides those, we are hoping we’ll also be getting the more unique items, such as the bibim rice burger and shrimp burger.
Perhaps, like many other international brands that open here, Lotteria might also introduce some Singapore exclusives?
Lotteria’s Vietnam outlets actually offer a “rice & spaghetti” section on their menus, which include fried chicken rice options and beef spaghetti!
Whatever it is, we’re excited! Watch this space for updates as we get more details closer to the opening of Lotteria’s first Singapore outlet!
