Mos Burger Singapore launches My Melody & Kuromi merch collection

Sarah Chua | December 25, 2025

If you’re a My Melody and Kuromi fan, here’s a special Christmas surprise: Mos Burger Singapore has just launched a small-but-mighty My Melody and Kuromi x Mos Burger merch line!

The Japanese fast food chain quietly posted social media posts on December 23 announcing the collaboration, which is slated to go on until February 28, 2026.

It’s particularly timely, too, as both the Sanrio characters My Melody and Kuromi celebrate their 50th and 20th birthdays respectively in 2026.

A little bit of trivia if you’re not too familiar: My Melody debuted in 1975 and Kuromi appeared in 2005, introduced originally as a doppelganger rival to My Melody. (She looks just like My Melody, but with a more punk-ish and rebellious vibe.)

However, the latter ended up being so well-loved, she was officially inducted into the ranks of Sanrio characters, and eventually had her own merchandise line and series.

As fans of the adorable Sanrio characters, we bolted straight down to the nearest Mos Burger outlet in Singapore and got the goods and details.

How to get the Mos Burger x My Melody & Kuromi merchandise

So just how do you get your hands on the My Melody & Kuromi merchandise?

Simply buy a Mos Burger set meal, or its limited-time offer combos, and you get to choose up to two items from the six available items.

At the moment, Mos Burger has a Yuletide glazed duck wrap (S$7.30) limited-time special, and its combo set (from an extra S$5.10) comes with drinks such as hot or iced chocolate — very, very festive!

From what we understand, there is no limit to the number of set meals or combos you can purchase, so if you want to get three meals to get all six items, that’s perfectly fine, too! (And that’s just what we did!)

The merchandise appears to be available for dine-in and takeaway only. Checks by HungryGoWhere indicate that it’s not currently available via food delivery platforms.

In gist, the special My Melody & Kuromi x Mos Burger collaboration features the following items:

  • Stainless steel tumbler (S$28.80)
  • 216-piece art puzzle (S$22)
  • Socks in black and pink (S$7.50 per pair) — Each pair counts as one item

Angbaos with My Melody or Kuromi designs (S$4 per pack) — Each pack of six pieces counts as one item. You’ll receive three angbaos of the main character, while the other three are of the duo together.

We’ll be honest, given the virality of the past Sanrio releases, such as Chagee’s recent tanned Hello Kitty merchandise drop just two weeks ago, we were expecting it to be a lot harder to snag all six items.

But not only did we not have to queue for them, but we easily had all six in hand within a matter of minutes.

Our favourite items were the tumbler and the socks (too cute!), but the angbaos are great for the upcoming Chinese New Year, too!

The collection appears to be at Mos Burger Singapore till February 28, 2026, but judging by how cute the items are, we won’t be surprised if they run out sooner than that.

Don’t wait too long to grab yours!
