Michelin Guide Singapore 2026: 45 spots receive stars, including 7 new entrants
Drum roll, please: The Michelin Guide Singapore 2026 has just been released!
The announcement comes just a week after this year’s Michelin Bib Gourmand list was revealed on July 28 — which recognises good eats at wallet-friendly prices — with 10 new eateries making the cut this year.
This year marks 10 editions of the Michelin Guide in Singapore. It first launched in 2016, with one every year except in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This year’s ceremony was held at Raffles Sentosa Singapore, where the city’s best restaurants were recognised for their excellence in the culinary space.
A single Michelin star is awarded to restaurants that “are worth a stop”, while two stars are for those serving “excellent cooking, worth a detour”.
The utmost distinction is three Michelin stars, awarded to establishments with “exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey”.

For the Michelin Guide Singapore 2026, a total of 45 establishments have received Michelin stars, an increase from last year’s 42.
The list comprises 33 one-star, nine two-star, and three three-star establishments, with seven restaurants making their debut on the list this year.
