Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2026: 18 Singapore restaurants recognised, with three new entrants
Besides the Michelin Guide, and the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and World’s 50 Best Restaurants lists, there’s another international accolade to watch: The Black Pearl Restaurant Guide by Chinese tech giant Meituan, which spotlights exceptional restaurants through the lens of Chinese culinary standards and palates.
First introduced in 2018, the annual guide has just announced its 2026 list, with its awards ceremony once again hosted in Singapore — its second time here — at Marina Bay Sands & Convention Centre.
This year’s edition recognises a total of 135 restaurants across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas regions, including Singapore, Tokyo, Bangkok, and the newly added Seoul.

18 Singapore restaurants featured on the Guide
Just like the Michelin Guide, the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide ranks establishments across three tiers: “One Diamond” for special-occasion dining, “Two Diamonds” for memorable celebrations, and “Three Diamonds” — its highest honour — for an extraordinary meal.
From Singapore, 18 restaurants have earned a place on the Black Pearl Guide this year, including three new entrants. They are:
Three Diamonds
- Les Amis
- Odette
Two Diamonds
- Jaan by Kirk Westaway
One Diamond
- Burnt Ends
- Candlenut
- Cassia
- Cloudstreet
- Jade Palace Seafood Restaurant
- Meta Restaurant
- Peach Blossoms (Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay)
- Restaurant Born
- Seroja
- Summer Pavilion
- Waku Ghin
- Zen
- Estiatorio Milos (Marina Bay) (new entrant)
- Pangium (new entrant)
- Sushi Zen (new entrant)
2026 is poised to be a promising year for household names such as Burnt Ends, Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay’s iconic Peach Blossoms, and Meta Restaurant. These restaurants have already snagged accolades on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants extended 51 to 100 ranking for 2026, which was announced two weeks ago.
Two Singapore restaurants take the Annual Dish award
In addition to the main list, two Singapore restaurants have also secured spots on Black Pearl’s Annual Dish award for 2026 — half of the four prizes given out.

These belong to the Kampot pepper-crusted pigeon by Three-Diamond Odette, and the monkfish, jade fungus, and chicken fat by One-Diamond Restaurant Born.
All of these selections are made through a rigorous process, bringing together anonymous evaluations by a panel of judges, data-driven insights, and cross-verification with multiple agencies to ensure credibility.
Save this list if well-executed fine-dining is totally your thing!
